Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients :

                               1. 1 Banana

                               2. 2-3 tbsp Sugar

                               3. 3-4 tbsp Curd

                               4.1/2 Cup Chilled Milk

                               5. Ice Cubes

Method

At first break the banana in 2-3 pieces and put in a juicer mixer. Then add rest of the ingredients in the container and mix for 1 minute. When done take a tall serving glass and pour the smoothie from a bit above. Then serve with small pieces of banana on top and a slice of banana.

So, here our Chilled and Healthy Banana Smoothie is ready.

Mint Lemonade | Masala Shikanji


Mint Lemonade | Masala Shikanji

Ingredients :

                               1. 1 and 1/2 Lemon

                               2. Mint Leaves

                               3. Coriander Leaves

                               4.1/4 tsp Salt

                               5. 1/3 tsp Black Salt

6. Black Pepper Powder

7. 1 tsp Jeera Masala

8. 3-4 tbsp Sugar

9. Little Water

10. Chilled Soda

Method

At first squeeze the lemon into a juicer mixer. Then add rest of the ingredients except soda in the container and mix for 1 minute. When done take a tall serving glass and pour the mixture in it. Now pour chilled soda in the mixture. Then sprinkle it with a pinch of jeera masala and black salt on top and a slice of lemon and a mint leaf.

So, here our Chilled and refreshing Mint Lemonade/ Masala Shikanji is ready.

Badam Milkshake

Badam Milkshake



Ingredients :

                               1. Some Soaked Almonds

                               2. 1/2 Cup Chilled Milk

                               3. 3 tbsp Curd

                               4. 2-3 tbsp Sugar

                               5. Chopped Almonds & Pista (for garnishing)

6. Ice Cream (for garnishing)

7. Ice Cubes

Method

At first soak the almonds for a while so that we can easily paste it in mixer. Then add all the ingredients in the container and mix for 1 minute. When done take a tall serving glass and add ice cubes in it and then pour the mixture in it. Then put a scoop of ice cream, chopped almond and pista on top and serve chilled.

So, here our Chilled and refreshing Badam Milkshake is ready.
