SPICY BAINGAN KA BHARTA / ROASTED EGGPLANT CURRY RECIPE
1. 500 gm washed & chopped Mushroom 2. 1 chopped onion 3. 1 square sized onion 4. 1 tblspn grated ginger,garlic 5. 2 tomato paste 6. 3-4 slit green chillies 7. some square shaped capscicum 8. some coriander leaves 9. 2 tblspn gram flour (besan) 10. 2 bay leaves,2 dry red chilli 11. 1 tspn cumin seeds 12. 1 tspn cumin powder 13. 1 tspn coriander powder 14. 1 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder 15. 1 tspn kasuri methi 16.1 tspn turmeric powder 17. 1 tspn garam masala powder 18. 2 tblspn mustard oil 19. 2 tblspn ghee 20. 2 tblspn fresh cream (optional) So please Subscribe My channel and get latest Recipe updates regularly: _______________________________ Click Here to Subscribe My Channel : http://bit.ly/2DS4dzp _______________________________
* Dry roast the besan for 2 minutes.Now in a hot oil Saute onion,capscicum for 2 minutes.Take them out from the pan.Now saute all the tempering spices on that same oil.When the aroma comes from it,add onion,ginger,garlic & mix them for 2-3 minutes.
* Take a bowl give all the powdered masala and mix well.Now add the mix masala into the fried onion,garlic and stir well.Add tomato paste & green chillies into it & cook them all for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.until the oil comes from the masala.Add coriander and mix well.Now Add 1 cup of water and after mixing it give chopped mushrooms into it.Add salt to taste & cover it for 3-4 minutes.
* Open the lid,give lightly fried onion & capscicum into the musroom gravy.Add cream,garam masala and kasuri methi,mix well.Turn off the flame after giving little ghee into the mushroom Do Pyaza.
