WATCH MY OTHER CRISPY PAKORA RECIPE WITH VIDEO
1. 4 finely chopped onions
2. 3-5 tblspn gram flour(besan)
3. some chopped coriander leaves
4. 1 tspn grated ginger
5. 3-4 chopped green chillies
6. 1/2 tspn black cumin seeds(kalonji)
7. 1/2 tspn cumin seeds
8. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
9. 1/2 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
10. 1/2 tspm coriander powder
11. salt to taste
12. 1 tblspn rice flour
Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients one by one.Mix well with hand well.Now add besan / gram flour gradually and mix it again add some more besan(if needed) and mix it thoroughly.
Now Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Heat the pan for a minute on medium flame.Give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the pakoras.Now give the pakoras mixture and fry them until golden brown from both sides.Take them out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper.
