Ingredients :
 
                        1. 700 gm green peas
                        2. 4-5 garlic pieces
                        3. 2 tomato paste
                        4. 1 tblspn grated ginger
                        5. some corinder leaves
                        6. 2 tblspn mustard oil
                        7. 1 tblspn ghee
                        8. 1 pinch of hing
                        9. 1 tspn cumin seeds
                       10. 2 dry red chillies,3 green chillies
                       11. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
                       12. 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
                       13. 1/2 tspn corinder powder
                       14. 1/2 tspn special garam masala powder
                       15. salt to taste
                                      
Method :
                     1. At first, roughly grind the peas,grated ginger & 2 green chillies into a mixture grinder.Make sure the mixture is not very mussy.
 
                      2.Take a cooker, add oil and heat it up.Give all the tempering spices into hot oil & add grated remaining ginger & grated garlic.Saute them for a minute.Add tomato paste, cook it for 2 minutes.Give all the powdered spices into the mixture and stir it for another minute.
 
                     3 . Now add peas mixture and cook it with spices for 2 minutes on medium flame.Add 1 cup of water,& salt to taste.Cover the lid and give 1 whistle on high flame.Open the cooker and stir it once.
 
For tadka,take tadka bowl and add oil & heat it up.Add cumin,red chilli powder and spread the mixture into the dal & mix it.
