Ingredients : –
2 1 medium size chopped onion
3. 25 gms cashew nuts(soaked)
4. 4 medium size chopped tomato
5. 10-12 garlic pieces
6. 5-6 small ginger pieces
7. 3 dry red chillies
8. some fresh coriander leaves
9. whole garam masala,cumin seeds
10. Dry roasted Fenugreek leaves 1 tablespoon
11. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
12. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
13. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
14. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
15. Salt to taste
16. 1 tablespoon condensed milk
17. 2 tablespoon cream (optional)
18. 3-4 tablespoon butter
Method : –
Step 1. At first add some butter on hot pan. After that give onion and ginger ,garlic on hot oil and saute for 2 minutes. Then add red chilies,cashew nuts and whole garam masala in it and cook it for another 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Cover it with a lid.
Step 2. Open the lid and add tomatoes in it and cook it for another 4-5 minutes.Now pour the paste with little water into a mixture container to make a fine sauce.Make sure it should be very fine sauce. Now take the pan and add remaining butter to heat it. Give cumin seeds,red chilli powder in the hot butter . Stir it then add the sauce in it. Now give turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, salt to taste and mix it properly. Cover the lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3. After opening the lid add kasuri methi & stir it. Give fresh cream and condensed milk and mix it well. Now add paneer pieces and sugar. Stir it very carefully, cover the lid for 2 minutes on medium flame. After opening the lid you will see that your beautiful dish is absolutely ready to be served hot..
