1. 200 gm milk powder
2. 150 gms sugar
3. 50 gm cashew nuts
4. 25 gm finely chopped almonds
5. 25 gm chopped pistachio
6. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
7. 2 tablespoon ghee
8. 1 cup milk
Method : Step 1 :- At first paste the cashew finely. Now, take a pan and put ghee into it.Let it melt a bit and turn off the gas. Then add Milk and stir for a minute. Immediately after add Milk Powder and stir continuously. Make sure no lumps are left.After stirring for 4-5 minutes turn the gas on.
Step 2 :- Then add the cashew paste into the mixture and stir continuously on low flame. Again be sure not to leave any lumps.Now add sugar as required and let it melt by stirring. After 5 minutes you will see the mixture getting thicker.Then add cardamom powder into it and keep stirring for another 6-7 minutes till it gets the perfect consistency.
Step 3 :- Take a square sized platter and take a butter paper on it. Grease the butter paper with ghee. Then place the mixture on it gently and spread the entire thing evenly with the help of a spoon. Then spread the chopped pistachio and almonds on the mixture and with the help of a spoon’s end press it well. Now keep the mixture as it is to get into normal temperature and then put it into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After one hour cut the mixture in the shape of burfi and place them on a serving platter.
