Ingredients :
                       1. 500 gm grated lauki (deseeded)
                       2. 25 gms chopped cashew nuts & almonds
                       3. 25 gms raisin
                       4. 250 gm sugar
                       5. 100 gm khoya / mawa (optional)
                       6. 3 tablespoon ghee
                       7. 1 pinch of jaiphal dust
                       8. 1 teaspoon smashed green cardamom   
                       9. 1 litre warm milk
                      10. 2 bayleaves
                       
Lets learn how to prepare it -🌝

Method : 
                  Step 1  : Heat a pan & add ghee in it,let it melt.Fry the dry fruits lightly and keep aside. Now give bayleaves & grated lauki in it & fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame covering the lid.After that add warm milk in it and boil the lauki for 16-18 minutes on medium flame.Stir it in between.

                  Step 2 : After 12 minutes opening Opening the lid check the lauki.Now give khoya and stir it on medium flame.Again cover the lid.After 5 minutes open the lid.Add fried dry fruits, sugar, condensed milk & smashed cardamom, jaiphal dust, keep stirring for a while. Now turn off the flame .Here it is ready your lauki kheer. Garnish it with saffron and sliced almonds.
