Bedmi Puri is very famous street food,usually served as a breakfast.This recipe is also popularly known Bedmi Aloo,Urad Dal Kachori,Bedmi Puri ki Sabji etc. Here I have shown Instant Bedmi Puri process so that You can prepare it anytime instantly.It is very tasty served with spicy Aloo Sabji. Ingredients :
                      1. 1 cup (250 gm ) wheat flour (gehun ka atta )
                      2. 1/4 cup of split gram lentils (white urad dal)
                      3. 2 tablespoon oil
                      4. 3 tablespoon semolina / suji
                      5. 3 chopped green chillies
                      6. some ginger cut into cubes
                      7. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                      8. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
                      9. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
                     10. 1 pinch of asafoetida ( hing )
                     11. 1 tablespoon roasted fennel seeds 
                     12. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
                     13. salt to taste
                     14. 1 teaspoon sugar

 Method :                     
                        Step 1 : Soak the urad dal in lukewarm water for atleast 3 hours.Then drain the extra water from it and keep aside.Now take a mixture container,pour the soaked dal,ginger,chillies,and some fennel seeds.Make a paste,don’t add water in it.

                 Step 2 : Take a bowl,pour the atta and all the ingredients including the dal paste.Mix all the ingredients well.Now before adding water, you can preserve the mixture in a air tight container and use anytime.

                   Step 3 : Add some water in the mixture and make a medium stiff dough.Make sure that it should not be too stiff. Now cover it for 15-20 minutes in the normal temperature.

                     Step 4 : After opening the cover take a small portion of dough,and give a round shape like puri.Roll it, make a round shape.Make sure it should not be too thin or too thick. It should be medium in thickness.

                      Step 5 : Take a pan and heat it .Give enough oil & let it heat enough.Now give the puri into it and fry till golden brown from both sides.Take it out and serve it immediately with Aloo Matar Ki Sabji..
