MOONG DAL VEGETABLE MASALA KHICHDI IN 15 MINUTES / TASTY & HEALTHY DAL KHICHDI IN PRESSURE COOKER
In our busy schedule we have not enough time to cook some special one bowl meal.But we all like tasty and restaurant like dish.Today’s dish is very special also very very easy to cook it within 15 minutes.Tasty,Healthy Moong dal khichdi has made in pressure cooker.So do try this recipe and give me good feedback…

Ingredients :
                    1. 100 gm washed rice
                    2. 100 gm moong dal (Split green gram)
                    3. some cauliflower
                    4. 2 medium size chopped tomato
                    5. 2 raw potato
                    6. 1 chopped carrot
                    7. some green peas
                    8. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
                    9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
                   10. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
                   11. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
                   12. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
                   13. 2 bayleaves
                   14. 1 dry red chilli
                   15. salt to taste
                   16. some raw peanuts (optional)
                   17. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
                   18. 3 green chillies
                   19. some whole spices garam masala
                   20. 2 tablespoon sugar
                   21. 2 tablespoon oil 
                   22. 2 tablespoon ghee


Method :
               Step 1 : Take a pressure cooker and Dry roast moong dal on medium flame for a minute.When the aroma comes from it take it out from the cooker.Now give oil and some ghee in hot cooker pan,let it hot.Give raw peanut in the hot oil to fry.After frying it add bayleaves ,red chilli,cumin seeds, whole garam masala,ginger paste and mix it for a minute.
               Step 2 : Then add raw potato,cauliflower and carrot & fry these for a while.After 5 minutes give tomato and green peas and salt,mix it.After that give washed rice and roasted moong dal,stir it on medium flame.Now give all the powdered spices including green chillies.
                Step 3 : After stirring it for 2 minutes add 5-6 glass water.Cover the pressure cooker on medium flame.After 4 whistle open the cooker and give coriander leaves, sugar, garm masala and ghee in it . Mix it for a minute.So, our tasty and healthy quick khichdi is ready to be served hot with Kashmiri Dum Aloo or Rice Vegetable Cutlet.
