1. 2 big sized raw potatoes
2. some raw peanuts
3. 1/4 tspn chaat masala
4. 1/4 tspn kashmiri red mirch powder
5. 1/2 tspn salt or to taste
6. 4-5 dry red chilli (optional)
7. oil to fry
At first grate the washed & peeled potato with a grater.Wash them very well for 3-4 times.Take them out from the bowl & strain the water well for 5 minutes.Now dry them out by placing them on a clean,cotton cloth for 15 minutes.
Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the aloo.Now give aloo lachha and fry them until golden on medium flame.Take them out from the pan.Also fry the peanuts till golden,take them also out from the pan.
To prepare namkeen sprinkle chaat masala,red chilli powder & salt on the crispy aloo fry.Also give fried peanuts into it.Mix all well.
