Ingredients:
1. 2 tbsp Oil
2. 1/2 tsp Jeera
3. 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
4. 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
5. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
6. Grated Carrot
7. Chopped Capsicum
8. 1/2 tsp Hing
9. Some Chopped Cashew Nuts
10. 2.5 Cup Water
11. Salt to Taste
12. 1 Cup Suji
13. 3 Boiled & Smashed Potatoes
13. Chopped Coriander Leaves
14. Oil To Fry

Method

At first take oil in a pan and saute some jeera, mustard seeds, grated ginger and chopped green chillies in it for a while. After that add grated carrot and chopped capsicum and fry them lightly. In the meantime add some hing and some chopped cashew nuts. After a light fry add water in the mixture along with salt to taste. Now start adding sooji in it. While adding mix alongside to avoid forming lumps. Wait till sooji absorbs all the water. Then add boiled & smashed potato in it and mix well with the sooji. In the end add coriander leaves. You can eat the mixture as Upma too.

Now grease your hands with some oil and form square shaped cutlets from the mixture. Make as much as you can. Then heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry all the cutlets in it till golden from all sides.

Here our very easy and tasty Aloo Sooji Cutlet is ready to give a bite.
