Besan Ki Barfi

Ingredients :

1. 200 Gm. Gram Flour(Besan)
2. 100 gm. Ghee
3. 200 gm. Sugar
4. 150 ml. Water
5. 1/3 tsp Ground Cardamom Powder
6. Chopped Dry Fruits

: Method :

                       * At first take ghee in a pan, heat lightly and then put gram flour/besan and saute the besan in ghee for a while. Mix continuously till the mixture releases ghee and becomes smooth. Take a sauce pan on the other burner. Add water and sugar in it to make sugar syrup.

                       * When the sugar syrup and besan is ready pour the sugar syrup into it and stir continuously till it becomes smooth and granular. Now add cardamom powder inti it and mix well. When the mixture reaches the perfect consistency take it out on a platter and set the whole mixture properly with the help of a spatula. Spread chopped almonds, pistachios & cashew nuts over it. Now keep aside the mixture in room temperature till it cools down. When the mixture cools down cut the mixture in barfi shape and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. After an hour serve the barfi . Have a sweet tooth.
