Ingredients :

1. 250 Gm. Gram Flour(Besan)
2. 125 gm. Ghee
3. 200 gm. Powdered Sugar
4. 50 gm. Semolina(Sooji)
5. 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom Powder
6. Chopped Almonds & Pistachios


: Method :

                       * At first take ghee in a pan, heat lightly and then put gram flour/besan and saute the besan in ghee for a while. Now add semolina/sooji and mix continuously till the mixture releases ghee and becomes smooth. Then add powdered sugar and mix well with the mixture. Now add ground cardamom powder and some chopped pistachios with the mixture and mix continuously till the sugar melts completely.

                       * When the mixture is ready being smooth and granular, take it out on a platter and set the whole mixture properly with the help of a spatula. Spread chopped almonds & pistachios over it. Now keep aside the mixture in room temperature till it cools down. When the mixture cools down cut the mixture in barfi shape and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. After an hour serve the barfi . Have a sweet tooth.
