At first roast besan in a frying pan for about 2 minutes. When the besan starts to emit light smell take it out on a bowl. Now take a pan and heat some mustard oil. In the oil add jeera, mustard seeds and chopped green chilli and saute for a while.
After that capsicum cut in slices. This recipe can be prepared in no time. Mix the capsicum and cover with lid for 1 minute. After that add all the powdered masalas. I am using a special dry roasted masala here. This will give this recipe a special taste. Add salt to taste and mix the capsicum well with all the masalas and cook it on medium flame for 1 minute. Thereafter when the capsicum is well cooked with the masalas add the roasted besan to it by lowering the flame. Mix it properly so that the capsicum is well coated with it. After a while add some lemon juice for a tangy flavour and some chopped coriander leaves. Here our Tasty and Spicy Besan Shimla Mirch Ki Sabzi is ready to serve hot with roti, paratha or steamed rice.
