Ingredients:
1. 300 gm. Bhindi
2. 3 tbsp Roasted Besan
3. 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
4. 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
5. 2 tsp Coriander Powder
6. 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
7. 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
8. 1 tbsp Paste of Ginger & Green Chillies
9. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
10. Salt to Taste
11. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
12. 1.5 tbsp Mustard Oil
13. 1/2 tsp Jeera
14. 1/3 tsp Mustard Seeds
15. 1/2 tsp Hing
16. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
17. Oil to Fry

Method

Ar first we should wash and dry the bhindis and will slit all the bhindis from the middle and get rid off all the seeds from them. Now take a bowl and take roasted besan in it and add all the powdered masalas to it one by one. Then add paste of ginger and green chillies, salt to taste and some lemon juice for that tangy taste. Now mix all the things together for a while. As we are going to use this mixture as the stuffings for the bhindis, we need to make it a bit moist. That’s why add some mustard oil to the mixture. This will moist the mixture as well as enhance its taste. Now we are going to stuff the bhindis with this special mixture. Take adequate portion of the mixture and fill all the bhindis with it.

Now we shall fry the stuffed bhindis. Take oil in a kadai and add jeera, mustard seeds, hing and chopped green chillies and saute for a while. Then add all the stuffed bhindis into the kadai and fry them properly from all the sides. Make sure the bhindis are soft after being properly fried. When done take them out on a serving platter.

Here our Spicy & Lip-smacking Bharwa Bhindi(Stuffed Okra) is ready ro serve hot with steamed rice, roti or paratha. Take a bite. The mixed flavours of all the stuffed masalas will blow you away.
