Ingredients :
1. 8-10 White Bread Slices
2. 5 Boiled Potatoes
3. 1 Chopped Onion
4. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
5. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
6. 1/4 tsp Ajwain
7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
8. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
9. Salt to Taste
10. 1/3 tsp Roasted Jeera Masala
11. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
12. 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
13. Chopped Coriander Leaves
13. Oil to Fry

Method

At first take a large bowl and mash 5 boiled potatoes with the help of a masher or your hands. Now add all the ingredients along with masalas and salt to taste with the smashed potato. Mix all the things together for a while to prepare the stuffings for the bread roll. Now keep it aside.

Now we shall prepare the bread. Cut all the four sides of the bread slices. This will make your bread roll good looking and it will be easy to prepare too. Now take some water in a bowl and dip the bread slices lightly in it. This process is necessary to make this recipe. But don’t dip it for too long. Now by pressing it with the help of both hands drain all the water from the bread slices. Now take a tablespoon of the stuffings and place it at the middle of the bread slice. Now make roll with it by joining all the ends and giving it the shape of a roll. Make rolls applying the same process from all the bread slices.

Now heat sufficient oil in a pan to deep fry the rolls. When oil is hot fry the rolls in it till they are golden brown from all the sides. When done take them out on a serving platter.

Here our Super Crispy & Tasty Bread Roll is ready. You can prepare it for breakfast or as a teatime snacks.
