Ingredients : – 
                         1. 250 gm paneer / cottage cheese
                         2. 3 tbspn all purpose flour (maida)
                         3. 2 tbspn corn flour
                         4. 1 chopped onion
                         5. 1 square shape cut onion
                         6. 1/2 green capscicum
                         7. 1/2 red bell pepper
                         8. some chopped white & green part of spring onion
                         9. 2-3 chopped green chillies
                        10. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
                        11. 1 tbspn grated ginger garlic
                        12. 1 tspn vinegar
                        13. 1 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
                        14. salt to taste
                        15. 1 tspn sugar
                        16. 4 tbspn oil
                        17. 1 tbspn green chilli sauce
                        18. 2 tbspn soya sauce
                        19. 3 tbspn tomato ketchup
                        20. 1 tbspn red chilli sauce

Method : – 
                   Step 1Take a big bowl and give maida,corn flour,ginger -garlic paste,red chilli powder, soya sauce & salt little in the bowl one by one.Mix well with spoon or hand well.Now add little water and mix it again if needed add some more water and mix it thoroughly.Make sure that the mixture should not be thin.Rather it should be thick & pour the paneer pieces in the mixture and coat them well.

                 Step 2 : Now Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the paneer.Now give the coated paneer and fry them until golden from both sides.Take them out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper & keep aside.


                Step 3 : On that pan give grated ginger garlic & chillies on hot oil and saute for 1 minute. Then add chopped onion & spring onion (white part ) & cook it for another 2 minutes on medium flame.Add remaining veggies and saute them for 2 minutes on high flame.Now add the batter mixture with a dash of water in it & cook it for another 1 minute on high flame.Add vinegar and all the sauces in it and salt,red chilli powder and sugar & mix it for a minute.

                      You can add little water if you want to get gravy.Mix it & cook it for a minute.Add paneer and saute for another minute on high flame.Turn off the gas and ready our perfect restaurant style chilli paneer recipe.Serve it hot with spring onion (green part).Enjoy the meal….
