Ingredients –


1.3 small size boiled potato

2.1/2 cup boiled green peas

3. 10 white bread slices

4.some chopped coriander leaves

5.1 teaspoon chaat masala

6.1 tablespoon grated ginger

7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

8.1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

9.1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder

10.1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

11.1 teaspoon coriander powder

12.3-4 slit green chillies

13.salt or to taste

14. oil to fry


Method :


Take a bowl ,mix all the ingredients well.Now take a bread slice,cut the bread into round shape like a kachori / puri with the help of a container opener or cooking cutter.Now dip the round sized bread lightly & immediately pick it up.Now squeeze the extra water from the wet bread.Place on the plate.Now put the stuffings in a wet bread part.And place the other wet bread part on it.Seal it gently with the help of your finger.Follow the same process one by one.Now Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Heat the pan for a minute on medium flame.Give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the kachori.Now give the kachori one by one and fry them until golden brown from both sides.Take them out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper.

Here it is our ready crispy & crunchy tasty bread kachori Recipe.Serve it with hot tea or some tomato ketchup or green chutney & enjoy your evening or breakfast or you can store it in an airtight container for longer use…..
