Ingredients :

                               1. Half Chopped Cabbage

                               2. 1 Small Bowl Chopped Carrot

                               3. Chopped Green & Red Capsicum

                               4. 1 Chopped Onion

                               5. 1 tbsp Paste of Ginger-Garlic & Green Chilli

                               6. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

                               7. 1 tsp Vinegar

                               8. 1 tbsp Soya Sauce

                               9. 1.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

                             10. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                              11. Salt to Taste

                              12. 200 gm. All Purpose Flour (Maida)

                              13. 4 tbsp Corn Flour

                              14. 2-3 tbsp Rice Flour

                              15. 2 tbsp Hot Oil

                              16. Oil to Fry

: Method :

  • At first take all the ingredients except all the flours in a big bowl and mix all of them with hands. Then cover the bowl with a plate for 15 minutes to let the cabbage and onion to release water. After 15 minutes add all the flours together and mix with all the veggies to make a sticky dough like mixture.

 

  • On the other hand take oil in a pan and let it heat to deep fry the pakora. Before frying the pakoras add 2 tbsp hot oil in the mixture to make the pakoras more crispy. The temperature of the oil is very vital in this case. Now take generous portion of the mixture in your hand and put them in the heated oil to fry pakoras. The pakoras need not have any particular shape. You can shape them as you like. Now deep fry all the pakoras till they are golden & crispy. When done take out all of them on a tissue paper.

      Here our Super Crispy & Tasty Chinese Pakoda is ready to serve with Schezwan Chutney or Green Chutney. Take a bite & enjoy…
