                         7. 1/3 tspn Carom Seeds(Ajwain)

                        8. 1/2 tspn Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                        9. 1 tspn Cumin Powder & coriander powder

                      10. 1/2 tspn Dry Mango Powder(Amchur)

                       11. salt to taste

                      12. 2 t tblspn rice flour

                      13. Oil to Fry

: Method :

                       * At first take chopped spinach leaves in a bowl mash it with the help of hands and then add with it some onions, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, ajwain and all the powdered masalas. Then add besan(gram flour) and rice flour(to bring the crispiness) and salt to taste and mix the entire thing well with hands. When the mixture is made like a soft dough.

                       * Now heat oil in a pan to the right extent. Take small amount of the mixture  and put it in the oil to fry. You can fry 8-10 pakoras at a time. Keeping the size of the pakora small makes it more crispy & tasty. Fry all the pakoras till they are golden brown & when done take it out from the pan.
