Crispy Paneer Cutlet-Paneer Kabab Recipe

I have prepared the special crispy & tasty Paneer Cutlet , you can also call it Paneer Kabab or Paneer Tikki. Ingredients :

            FOR CUTLET :-             

                         1. 300 Grated Paneer

                         2. 1 Boiled & Grated Potato

                         3. Some Roasted Peanuts

                         4. Some Chopped Raisins

                         5. 1 Chopped Green Chilli

                         6. 2 Grinded Dry Red Chillies

                         7. 1 tblspn Grated Ginger

                        8. 1 tspn Grinded Whole Spices

                        9. 1/2 tspn Carom Seeds(Ajwain)

                      10. 1 tspn Chaat Masala

                       11. Some Bread Crumb

                      12. 1 tblspn Rice Flour

                      13. 2 tblspn Onion Extract

                      14. Salt to taste

                      15. Some Coriander Leaves

                      16. Oil to fry

             FOR BATTER :-

                       1. 2 tblspn All Purpose Flour(Maida)

                       2. 2 tblspn Corn Flour

                       3. Some Water

                       4. 1/3 tspn Salt

 

: Method :

                       * At first take a bowl and mix all the ingredients properly with the help of your hands and make a dough like mixture for the cutlet. Now take a generous portion of that mixture in your hand & give it the flat shape of cutlet. Now prepare a batter mixture for the cutlet in a separate bowl with all the ingredients required for the batter. Now dip the cutlet in that batter mixture and then coat it in the bread crumb. Similarly prepare all the cutlets to fry.

                       * Now heat some oil in a pan to the right extent.Then put as much cutlets as you can in the heated oil and fry them till they are golden. Once all the cutlets are fried properly take them out on a tissue paper.

                    Here, our Crispy Paneer Cutlet or Paneer Kabab is ready to serve with sauce & salad. Take a crispy bite & ENJOY…
