Ingredients :
1. 150 gm. Green Chillies
2. 2 tbsp Oil
3. 1/2 tsp Jeera
4. 1/3 tsp Mustard Seeds
5. 1/3 tsp Hing
6. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
7. 1 tsp Saunf Powder
8. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
9. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
10. Salt to Taste
11. 1 tbsp Besan
12. 2-3 tbsp Curd

METHOD

At first slit all the green chillies from middle. Now take oil in a pan. Heat it and add jeera, mustard seeds and hing. Now saute them for a while. After a minute add all the powdered masalas and mix. Don’t fry the masalas much. Without any delay add the slit green chillies. After a quick stir add salt to taste and besan. This besan will give this dish a unique taste. After mixing we must coat all the chillies with besan and masala properly. Then add curd and mix well. Now sprinkle some water and cover the pan for 2 minutes. 2 minutes later our quick and simple Dahi Hari Mirch Fry is ready to serve hot.

You can serve it with roti, paratha or as a side dish. Taste it and you’ll love its taste definitely.
