Ingredients: 1. 1 Grated Carrot 2. 1 Chopped Capsicum 3. 1 Chopped Tomato 4. 1/2 Chopped Cucumber 5. Some Chopped Cabbage 6. 2 Chopped Onions 7. 3-4 tbsp Curd 8. 2 Chopped Green Chillies 9. Salt to Taste 10. 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder 11. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 12. Grated Cheese 13. Sandwich Bread 14. Butter as Required
At first we shall prepare the stuffings for the sandwich. For that in a large bowl take all the vegetables together. Then add curd to it. Curd is one of the main ingredients here. Then add rest of the items one by one. Grate 2 cube cheeses to make the stuffings super special. Curd, cheese and a little tomato ketchup is going to make this sandwich simply lip smacking. Now mix all the ingredients with a spoon to prepare a cheesy and creamy mixture.
We have taken some sandwich bread slices. These breads are slightly bigger in size than normal bread. But you can make this recipe with normal braed too. Now grease on side of the bread with butter. Use as much butter as you with. And then put the amazing stuffings that we have prepared on that side. Spread the stuffings all over with a spoon. Now take another bread slice and grease one side of it with butter too and then flip that down on the previous bread slice. Now we are going to roast it on tawa to make it crispy. Take sufficient amount of butter on a tawa, heat it and toast the sandwich on it till golden from both sides. Make all the sandwiches in the same way from all the stuffings.
Here our Super Crispy and Tasty Dahi Sandwich is ready to serve hot in breakfast. Serve with any type of chutney or sauces.
