Hello Friends, today I am sharing with you a very tasty and tempting Paneer dish prepared in just 5 minutes. It is our favourite Dhaba Style Paneer Bhurji Gravy. Ingredients :

                             1. 250 gms. paneer 

                             2. 1 medium size chopped onions

                             3. 2 chopped tomatoes

                             4. 1 chopped capsicum 

                             5. 2(two) dry red chillies

                             6. 1(one) tablespoon Kasoori Methi

                             7. Salt to taste

                             8. 1/3 teaspoon carom seeds

                             9. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

                            10. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

                            11. 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                            12. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

                            13. 1 teaspoon Coriander powder

                                    14. 3-4 Green Chillies

                            15. 2 tablespoon Oil

                            16. 1/2 teaspoon Butter

                            17. Some fresh Coriander Leaves

                            18.Water small bowl

 

Method 

               * At first take Mustard Oil in a high heated pan & then add one by one bay leaves, dry red chillies, cumin seeds, carrom seeds(ajwain) and asafoetida(hing) and saute them for few seconds. After that add chopped onions and saute for a minute till the onion gets slight brownish. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for another minute by adding a little salt. Now add chopped green chillies and mix for few seconds.

           * Now add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander powder in the masala and mix for a while. Then add chopped capsicum and fry for a minute. We should keep the capsicum a bit crunchy. So, don’t overfry it. Then add salt to taste and fresh coriander leaves and mix well.

           * Now add paneer directly into the pan by crushing it with the help of hand . After adding paneer mix it for a few seconds with the masala and then add one small bowl of water. Then add kasuri methi and butter as finisher & give a proper mix. You can cover the pan for two more minutes at this moment. But it is optional.

              So here our Dhaba Style Tasty & Delicious Paneer Bhurji Gravy is ready in just 5 minutes.Enjoy it with Roti,Kulcha,Paratha,or Rice.
