Ingredients:
1. 250 gm.Paneer
2. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
3. 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
4. Salt to Taste
5. 1.5 tbsp Besan
6. 1.5 tbsp Curd
7. 2-3 tbsp Oil
8. 2 Dry Red Chillies
9. 2 Bay Leaves
10. 1/2 tsp Jeera
11. Whole Spices+Javitri & Black Pepper
12. 4-5 Kishmish
13. Some Ginger Juliennes
14. 1 Chopped Green Chilli
15. 1 Chopped Onion
16. Onion-Ginger-Garlic Paste
17. Puree of 3 Tomatoes
18. Water as Required
19. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
20. Kasuri Methi
21. Coriander Leaves
22. Paste of Coriander Leaves & Green Chilli
23. 1 tsp Ghee
24. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
25. 1/2 tsp Hing

Method

At first we will marinate the paneer cubes with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, besan, curd and some salt. Mix them thoroughly with the paneer cubes so that they are well coated. Now in a pan heat some oil and saute some masalas like dry red chilli, bay leaves, jeera, whole spices with javitri and black pepper, raisins, some ginger juliennes, chopped green chillies and saute for a while. Then add chopped onion and fry till they are golden. After that add onion-ginger-garlic paste and saute till their raw flavour goes out. After that add tomato puree, some water and cook all the things together by covering the pan.

After few minutes add coriander powder, some kasuri methi, coriander leaves, salt to taste and a special thing i.e. paste of coriander leaves and green chillies, cook it further and then add the marinated paneer cubes and mix well with the gravy. As a finisher add a specially made ‘tadka’ over it to make it truly dhaba style.
