INGREDIENTS : 1. 1 cup all purpose flour (maida) 2. 1 cup powdered sugar 3. 200 gm condensed milk 4. 50 gm butter 5. 3 tablespoon oil 6. 1,1/2 teaspoon baking powder 7. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 8. 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg dust 9. 1 teaspoon Vinegar 10.25 gm cashew nuts,almonds 11. 25 gm raisin & pistachio 12. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 13. 1 cup or as required milk
CAKE PREPARATION :
1. At first,mix the vinegar and vanilla essence with milk.Keep aside,make sure that the tempareture of the milk should be normal.Now, In a bowl,take the butter and oil.Mix and Whisk it for 2 minutes until it is smooth & soft.Add sugar & condensed milk and whisk it again until it is fluffy and light.
2. Take another bowl and strain the maida,baking powder,baking soda in it.Mix it with a spoon.Give the mixture slowly with milk into that whisking butter and whisk it well for 2-3 minutes.
Cake Baking :
1.Turn on the flame,take a pressure cooker and pour some salt in it.Place a stand in this cooker.Cover it and heat it for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.The whistle of the cooker must take out. 2. Grease a baking tin or baking bowl with butter.Pour the mixture into the greased baking tin.Gently shake the pan.
3. Now place the tin on the stand of the cooker carefully.And cover it for 30-35 minutes on medium flame.
4.Open the lid of the cooker after it getting cool.Check the cake with a knife.If it comes clean your cake is ready.
5.When it is absolutely cool down you can take it out from the baking tin with the help of a knife.Here it is our soft and tasty cake is ready.
