INGREDIENTS :  
                                1. 250 gm All Purpose Flour(Maida) 
                                2. 50 gm Ghee & Oil (Mixed)
                                3. 1 tspn Baking Soda
                                4. 200 ml Water(for sugar syrup)
                                6. 200 gm Sugar
                                8. 1/2 tspn Cardamom Powder
                                91/2 tspn Lemon Juice (Optional)
                               10. Oil to fry


                           
METHOD 

                            * Take a bowl. Add Maida, baking soda and ghee together. Mix it, add water as required. Make a stiff dough.Give a round shape and flatten it. Then cut the dough into three pieces with the help of knife. Place one piece above the other. Then again flatten it with the help of palm. Cut again into three pieces. Continue the same process 3-4 times. Then mix it once and give the dough rectangular shape. Cut it into small pieces like Goja.

                             * Heat up the oil in a pan. Don’t heat up the oil too much. Then give the Goja patty in the oil. Fry all the pieces in medium flame until it’s golden.Take them out from the pan. 


                             * Take another pan and give water to boil.Add sugar to make the sugar syrup for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add Cardamom powder and lemon juice in the sugar syrup. Mix them. Now after cooling down the sugar syrup dip the fried Goja into it, After 15 minutes flip the Goja pieces again and after another 15-20 minutes serve the special sweet.
