Crispy gobi pakora has been prepared in 10 minutes with a twist.I have given a special masala in this recipe so that the recipe becomes extra flavorful.The pakodas are crisp from outside and nicely soft from within.Hot crispy Gobi ka pakora can be a perfect evening snack in this Winter season.they are very easy and quick to make.Even you can store the mixture of batter of pakoras in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and fry them anytime immediately.So try it definitely and give me feedback…Lets learn how to prepare this quick crispy restaurant style GOBI pakora….

Ingredients : 1. some floret cauliflower 2. some chopped coriander leaves 3. 200 gm gram flour / besan 4. 1 tspn baking soda 5. 1 tblspn grated ginger 6. 3-4 chopped green chillies 7. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder 8. 1/2 tspn nigella seeds / kalonji 9. 1 tspn special masala ( dry roasted & grinded cumin,coriander,saunf,red chilli,whole garam masala) 10. 1 tspn sugar 11. salt to taste 12. kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves)(optional) 13. oil to fry
Boil the gobi florets into a hot water for 4-5 minutes.And keep aside to cool.
Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients one by one.Mix well with spoon or hand well.Now add little water and mix it again add some more water and mix it thoroughly.Make sure that the mixture should not be too thin or too thick.Rather it should be semi-thick.Add the half boiled gobi pieces and mix it well with the batter.
Now Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Heat the pan & give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the pakora.Now give the pakoras mixture and fry them until golden from both sides.Take them out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper.
Here it is our ready crispy & crunchy tasty gobi pakoda.Serve immediately it with a tomato ketchup or green chutney…
