Paratha is the most popular breakfast dish in India.It has many types,among them the most famous paratha is Gobi ka paratha or cauliflower stuffed paratha.Often I prepare various kinds of stuffed parathas and my family love to taste it.I made this paratha in very easy and quick process. I have made a special masala for this paratha which has given it an extraordinary flavor.Do try the recipe and get the taste of dhabas.Let’s start how to prepare this tasty and spicy gobhi ka paratha recipe….🌝

Ingredients :    
 
 For Dough –
 
1. 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
 2. 1 tablespoon oil
3. salt to taste
           4. water as needed
 
For Stuffing –     
                          
                  1. 1 grated cauliflower florets
                  2. 2-3 chopped green chillies
                  3. fresh coriander leaves
                 4. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
                 5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
                 6. 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
                 7. 1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)
                 8. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 
                 9. 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
                10. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                11. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
                12.salt to taste 
                13. oil or ghee 2-3 tablespoon 
                14. some fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)  
 
Method :                                                                                 
Dough Preparation :                           
 
Add all the dough ingredients maida and mix it properly for 5 minutes. Add small water and knead it into very soft dough.Now Cover it for 15-20 minutes.
 
                       Stuffing : 
 
Take a pan and give 1 tablespoon oil let it hot.After heating the oil add all the tempering spices & Mix it for few seconds.Add chillies and ginger & mix it for a minute.Add grated gobi and all the remaining spices and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Now give coriander leaves and salt in it and let the mixture cool.
 
 Paratha Preparation :    
                       
                                                      Take a generous portion of  dough and roll it into round shape. Put some stuffing in it and roll it .Flatten the dough like roti or chapati shape. It will be bigger & thicker than normal roti or chapati.
 
Turn on the gas and take a tawa on it.Heat the tawa and give the paratha in hot tawa and roast it on medium flame.Next,grease some oil or ghee on the both sides. Take it out from tawa and our tasty and delicious gobi paratha is ready to be served.Garnish it with chutney or curd and salad.
