Ingredients : – 
                          For Manchurian Balls :-
                         1. Florets of 1 cauliflower 
                         2. 3-4 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
                         3. 3 tbsp corn flour
                         4. 1 chopped onion
                         5. 3 tbsp rice flour
                         6. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
                         7. 1 tsp soya sauce 
                         8. 2 tbsp paste of ginger + garlic + black pepper powder
                         9. Little water
                       10. Salt to taste
                        11. Oil to fry
                            For Sauce/Gravy :-
                        1. 2 tbsp refined oil
                        2. 1 chopped onion
                        3. 2 tsp chopped garlic
                        4. 1 chopped green chilli
                        5. 2 tbsp soya sauce
                        6. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
                        7. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
                        8. 1 tbsp vinegar
                        9. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
                      10. 1 tbsp cornflour mixture
                       11. White & Green part of spring onion
                      12. 1/2 Cup water
                      13. Salt to taste

: Method :


* At first boil all the cauliflower florets in water till they are partly boiled. Don’t over boil them. Now in a bowl take corn flour, all purpose flour, kashmiri red chilli powder, soya sauce, paste of garlic+ginger+black pepper powder, salt to taste and mix all the things with a dash of water. When the mixture is ready pour it over the boiled cauliflower florets and mix it well with it. Make sure that all the florets are properly coated with the mixture.

* Now heat oil in a pan and fry all the coated cauliflowers in it till they are golden and crispy. Take them out when they are fried. Now we shall make sauce for the dish. Take oil in a chinese wok and put all the sauces and onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli, white part of spring onion and saute all of them on high flame. Then add 1/2 cup of water and cornflour mixture to make the gravy thicker. After cooking for a minute or two add all the fried manchurian cauliflower balls in it and mix properly. After a few seconds add green part of spring onion over it and the dish is ready to serve.

Here our Super tasty Gobi(Cauliflower) Manchurian is ready to serve hot with Chow Mein or Chinese Fried Rice.
