Ingredients :

                             1. 300 gms. paneer cut in cube size

                             2. 2(two) medium size chopped onions

                             3. 1(One) baby onion petals

                             4. 4(four) chopped tomatoes

                             5. 1(one) capsicum cut into square shape

                             6. 10-12 Garlic cloves

                             7. 2(two) dry red chillies

                             8. 1(one) tablespoon grated Ginger 

                             9. 1(one) tablespoon Kasoori Methi

                             10. Salt to taste

                             11. 1/3 teaspoon Garam Masala

                             12. 4 Green Cardamoms

                             13. 1/3 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

                             14. 1 Cinnamon,  2-3 Cloves, 2 Bay Leaves

                             15. 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

                             16. 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                             17. 25 gms. Cashew Nuts, 5-6 Raisins (Optional)

                             18. 6-7 Black Pepper Seeds

                             19. 1(one) teaspoon Fennel Seeds

                             20. 1(one) teaspoon Coriander Seeds

                             21. 2(two) Green Chillies

                             22. 2(two) tablespoon Oil

                             23. 1(one) tablespoon Butter

                             24. Some fresh Coriander Leaves

                             25. Amul Fresh Cream(Optional)

                             26. Water(as required)

Method 

                * Dry roast all the whole spices for few seconds.Turn off the flame then grind the special kadai masala to make a fine powder.

           * Put oil on a heated kadai.Fry onions,tomato, garlic with bay leaves, der red chillies and green chillies for a while on medium flame.Add Cashew nuts and grated ginger & fry for 3-4 minutes on low flame.Add some salt so that it get soft quickly.You can cover it with a lid.Then make a thick paste of it in the mixture grinder with dash of water.

           * Give oil & butter on the same heat kadai.Add cumin seeds, grated ginger and raisins. Saute for a while and then add turmeric powder and kashmiri red chilli powder .After stirring it for a while add the masala paste that we have prepared. Mix it well by adding a little water and then add 2 tablespoon of the special kadai masala and give a stir.

           * After mixing it, add the onion petals , tomato & capcicum for 2 minutes.Then add some chopped coriander leaves. Next after 2 minutes add paneer and mix it carefully. After mixing it for 3-4 minutes add water. Now cover it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

            * Now give kasuri methi & fresh cream in this gravy.You can skip the cream.So here it is ready our Restaurant Style Tasty & delicious Kadai paneer.Enjoy it with Kulcha,paratha,or rice.
