Step 1 : Boil the peeled potatoes for 10 minutes.Make Fry the potatoes very well in sufficient hot mustard oil for 5-7 minutes until it is golden.Now heat a pan & give two tablespoon oil.When the oil is hot give dry red chilli,whole spices,raisin,cumin seeds and raisin, then mix it well for few seconds.Next add ginger garlic paste & saute for a minute .Then add onion paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes.Give tomato paste and green chillies & mix it well and cover it with a lid for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2 : Opening the lid ,then add all powdered spices and curd, stir it well for a while on low flame add all the potatoes,mix it.Now give salt Add 1 cup of waterCook it for 5-6 minutes with lid. Now turn off the flame,after adding ghee and garam masala & sugar in it.Here it is ready our Tasty & Spicy Kashmiri Dum Aloo.Enjoy it with Puri / Pulao or Jeera Rice & give me feedback..🌝
