Ingredients :

                               1. 1 Litre Milk

                               2. 200 gm. Sugar

                               3. Kesar Strands

                               4. Cardamom Powder

5. 3-4 tsp Corn Flour Mixture

                               5. Chopped Almonds

6. Chopped Pista

Method

At first take the entire milk in a pan and start boiling it. We need to bring the milk to half. Continuously stir the milk till it reduces in quantity. After a while add sugar and stirr till the sugar melts. After a while take a little milk in a small bowl and add some kesar milk in it. Mix and add the kesar milk in the pan. Give the milk another boil and add some cardamom powder and mix. When the milk is ready take it out of the gas and let it cool for a minute.

Now take a mixer container and pour the mixture into it. Because now we will churn it for a minute to make it more smooth. After churning the milk mix chopped almonds and chopped pista in it. Now take a kulfi mould or any glass or container and pour the mixture into it. Don’t forget to put a stick in the glass.After pouring put the mould or the container into the freezer for at least 6-7 hours.

After 6-7 hours take out the kulfi mould or the container from the freezer. You will find our kulfi perfectly frozen. Take it out and enjoy.

So, here our Chilled and Tasty Kesar Badam Malai Kulfi is ready. Take a bite and forget everything else.
