Ingredients :

                        1. 5 leftover Rotis

                        2. 2 boiled Potatoes

                        3. 1 Grated Carrot

                        4. 2 Grated Onions

                        5. 1 tsp Grated Garlic

                        6. Paste of 1/2″ Ginger + 2 Green Chillies

                        7. Some Roasted Peanuts

                        8. 2 tbsp Rice Flour

                        9. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

                       10. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                       11. 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

                       12. 1 tsp Chaat Masala

                       13. 1 tsp Special Dry Roasted Masala

                       14. Chopped Coriander Leaves

                       15. Salt to taste

                       16. Oil to Fry

                       17. Little water

 

                                                                                      : Method :

 *  At first break all the leftover rotis in small pieces and then make a fine dust out of it in mixer. Now mix all the above mentioned ingredients one by one and start to knead the mixer to form a dough. Use a little water so that you can make the dough comfortably.In the meantime keep oil to heat in a pan.

   * After a while when the dough is ready take a generous portion of  it and give a roll in your hands to give it a cylindrical shape. You can shape it as you like. When all the cutlets are ready to fry, check the oil and put all the cutlets in the heated oil. We’ll fry it till they are perfectly fried. Make sure the oil is medium hot. Fry till the cutlets are golden. When all the cutlets are fried take them out on a tissue paper.

      Here our crispy and tasty Leftover Roti Cutlet is ready to be served hot with onion slices and sauce.
