Ingredients: 1. 10-12 Cup Water 2. 200 gm. Macaroni Pasta 3. 2-3 tbsp Oil 4. 1 tbsp Grated Garlic 5. Some Grated Ginger 6. Sliced Carrot 7. Chopped Beans 8. Sliced Capsicum 9. Chopped Onions 10. Some Green Peas 11. 2 Chopped Tomatoes 12. Salt to Taste 13. Some Water 14. Tomato Ketchup 15. 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce 16. 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder 17. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 18. 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 19. 1 tsp Special Masala 20. Chopped Coriander Leaves
At first take water in a large pan and add some salt and oil in the water and let it boil. After that add the macaroni pasta in the water. Let the pasta boil for 4-5 minutes. When done strain the water from pasta. But keep the water aside.
Now, take a separate pan and heat some oil. Then add grated garlic, grated ginger and saute for a while. Now add all the veggies one by one, carrot, beans, capsicum, green peas and chopped onions in the end. Then add some chopped tomatoes and some water that we kept aside. Mix all the things together and let it cook for 2 minutes. After that add tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce and all the powdered masalas. Don’t skip the special masala here. Because this is Desi Style Macaroni Pasta. In the end add the boiled macaroni pasta and mix it properly with all the veggies. In the end add some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot on a serving platter.
