Ingredients :

                               1. 2 Packs of Maggi

                               2. 2 tbsp Refined Oil

                               3. 1 Chopped Onion

                               4. 1/3 tsp Shahi Jeera

                               5. 1 tsp Grated Garlic

                               6. Some Chopped Beans

                               7. Some Chopped Red & Green Capsicum

                               8. 1 Chopped Tomato

                               9. Chopped Carrot

                             10. Chopped Green Chillies

                              11. Cauliflower Florets

                              12. Some Green Peas

                              13. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                              14. 2 Packs of Maggi Taste Maker

                              15. 1 tsp Soya Sauce

                              16. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

                              17. 1/3 tsp Sugar

                              18. 1/4 Cup Water

                              19. Salt to Taste

                              20. 1 tsp Butter


: Method :

* At first boil 2 packs of Maggi in one litre of water. When done place the boiled maggi on a strainer and rinse it with cold water so that it doesn’t get sticky later. Now take oil in a pan and saute shahi jeera with onions and grated garlic. When done add all the veggies except capsicum and fry all of them. Don’t overfry them. We have to keep them a bit crunchy. After that add tomato, green & red capsicum and green peas and fry for few seconds.Add little salt.

* After that add kashmiri red chilli powder and maggi taste maker and mix them with the veggies. Now add little water and soya sauce, tomato ketchup and saute in high flame and then add boiled maggi and mix with the veggies & masalas. When well mixed add chopped coriander leaves and butter and serve it hot.

Here our Spicy & tasty Maggi Masala is ready to serve hot…
