Ingredients : 
                   1. 250 gm yellow peas or matar (soaked for 10-12 hrs)
                   2. 2 chopped onions
                   3. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
                   4. 3 tomatoes paste
                   5. 2 slit green chillies
                   6. some chopped coconut (optional)
                   7. some coriander leaves
                   8. 1 bay leaf, 3 fry red chillies
                   9. 4-5 green cardamom,3-4 cloves
                  10. 1 tspn cumin seeds
                  11. 1 tspn turmeric powder
                  12. 1 tspn cumin powder
                  13. 1 tspn coriander powder
                  14. 1 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
                  15. 1 tspn garam masala powder
                  16. 1 tspn sugar
                  17. salt to taste
                  18. 3 tbspn mustard oil

















Method :
                Step 1 : Boil the peas in a cooker and give 4 whistle on high flame.After cooling the cooker,open it and keep aside the boiled peas from the stolk.don’t throw the peas stock away.
         
                Step 2 Now Take a pan & after heating it give oil and ghee & let it melt. Give bay leaves and whole garam masala, cumin seeds red chillies & stir for few seconds.When the aroma comes from it add potatoes to fry for 2 minutes on medium flame,now add coconut and fry for few seconds.Now add onion and fry it for another 2 minutes,you can cover it with a lid.

                Step 3 : Now add ginger,garlic,green chillies and tomato stir it for another 3 minutes.Open the lid and Now take a bowl and pour all the powdered masalas including salt and mix it dash of water.Cook it for 2 minutes.Now give boiled peas and add 1 cup of stock.After mixing it cover the lid for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.


               Step 4 : Open the lid and add sugar and coriander leaves and mix well.Ready our super tasty and spicy matar ke chole or street style ghugni . Garnish it with chopped onions and coriander leaves and coconut…Enjoy the dish and don’t forget to inform me..
