Ingredients: 1. 1/2 Chopped Carrot 2. 2 Boiled and Diced Potatoes 3. Some Chopped Cabbage 4. 2 Chopped Onions 5. 1 Chopped Tomato 6. Some Chopped Cucumber 7. 2 Chopped Green Chillies 8. Tamarind Chutney 9. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 10. 1/2 tsp Black Salt 11. 1/3 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder 12. 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 13. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 14. Lemon Juice 15. Chopped Coriander Leaves 16. Some Sev 17. Puffed Rice(Murmura) 18. Some Chana Chur 19. Some Crushed Lays/Potato Chips
At first take a large bowl and put all the items mentioned in the ingredients section one after the other. Add the puffed rice in the end and mix all the thingsproperly with it. At last as toppings of the chaat add some chana chur and some Lays/potato chips to make the chaat crispy and tasty.
At last garnish the dish with green chillies, one lemon slice and onion slices.
