Ingredients :

                               1. 8-10 Chopped Garlic

                               2. 1 tsp Grated Ginger

                               3. 1 Chopped Onion

                               4. Some Cauliflower

                               5. 1 Chopped Carrot

                               6. Some Chopped Beans

                               7. Some Chopped Red & Green Capsicum

                               8. 1 Chopped Tomato

                               9. Chopped Spring Onions

                             10. Chopped Green Chillies

                              11. Some Sweet Corns

                              12. Some Green Peas

                              13. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

                              14. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

                              15. Chopped Coriander Leaves

                              16. 1.2 Litre Water

                              17. Salt to Taste

                              18. 2 tbsp Oil

 

: Method :

* At first heat oil in a pan and then add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds. Then add chopped onion and white part of spring onion and saute all the things for 2 minutes. After few minutes add all the fresh veggies except capsicum and fry for a while. After a while add chopped tomato and red & green capsicum and saute all the veggies for some more time. Add salt to taste in the meantime.

* Now we shall add around 1.2 litres of water and let the veggies boil in it by covering the pan for 3-4 minutes. We should not over boil the veggies. After 3-4 minutes add sweet corn and green peas and mix well. Now cover the pan again to cook for another 6-7 minutes. After that add black pepper powder and mix. Then add cornflour mixture and stir continuously. You will the mixture getting a little thick. Now add lemon juice to bring a little tangy flavour and some chopped coriander leaves. At last we shall add the green part of spring onion to bring in more taste in the soup. In the end give all the things a good mix.
