1. 1 Cup Jaggery (Gud)
2. 1 Cup Peanuts (Moongfali)
3. 1 tsp Ghee
: Method :
* At first take ghee in a pan, let it melt and then put the jaggery. Now we shall cook the jaggery in ghee. Make sure that all the lumps are gone. Stir it continuously till it reaches proper consistency. Now we shall check the jaggery. Take some water in a bowl and put some cooked jaggery in it. Let it cool down. Check if the jaggery breaks like glass. If it breaks, your jaggery is ready. Now without wasting any time add the peanuts in the jaggery and mix them well with it.
* Take a dish and grease it with little ghee. Take out the mixture on the dish and spread it evenly with the help of a spatula carefully. Then make the cutting marks with a knife. Now, let it cool down. After few minutes when the chikki is totally cooled down, separate the pieces and serve or store.
