Ingredients:
For Chutney :
1. Coriander Leaves
2. Some Roasted Peanuts
3. Some Ginger Pieces
4. 1/2 tsp Roasted Jeera Masala
5. Lemon Juice
6. Rock Salt(Sendha Namak)
7. Little Water
For Aloo Tikki :
8. 500 gm. Potato
9. 1/2 tsp Roasted Jeera Masala
10. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
11. 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder
12. Rock Salt(Sendha Namak)
13. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
14. Coriander Leaves
15. 3-4 tbsp Kuttu Ka Atta
16. Little Oil to Fry

Method

At first to make the chutney put all the ingredients mentioned above inside a mixer jar and give them a mix. When done pour the chutney into a bowl. Sprinkle some rock salt and jeera masala above it.

Now we will make the tikkis. At first we shall boil the potatoes in pressure cooker. After they are boiled grate them in a large bowl. Then add all the rest ingredients except the atta and mix all of them to make a dough. After that add kuttu ka atta to it and mix well. It will work as a binder of the tikki. Now take a generous portion of the mixture and make flat and slightly large tikkis. Make as much tikkis as you can from the entire mixture.

Now brush some oil on a non-stick tawa. Because we are going to shallow fry the tikkis. Now put the tikkis on the tawa and fry them till golden from both sides. When done take them out on a platter and serve with the chutney.
