Palak Paneer is a very special recipe of all the paneer recipes. I have prepared it in punjabi dhaba style. In dhabas we often go to taste paneer dishes. Here I made it like dhabas, it’s very easy to cook. I made it within 15 minutes and it came out too tasty. Ingredients : –
                          1. 350 gm. leaves of spinach
                          2. 250 gm paneer (cut into cubes)
                          3. 1 chopped onion
                          4. 1 chopped tomato
                          5. 10-12 garlic pieces
                          6. 1 inch chopped ginger 
                          7. 2-3 slit green chillies
                          8. 2 tblspn fresh cream
                          9. 1 tspn cumin seeds
                         10. some whole garam masala
                         11. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
                         12. 1/2 tspn kashmiri red chilli powder
                         13. 1/2 tspn cumin powder
                         14. 1/2 tspn coriander powder
                         15. 1/2 tspn garam masala powder
                         16. some fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
                         17. some coriander leaves
                         18. salt to taste
                         19. 3 tblspn oil
                         20. 1 tblspn butter

Method : – 

                Step 1. At first boil the spinach into hot water for 2-3 minutes on high flame.Take them out from the pan and wash them well into cold water.Pour them into a mixture container.Take a pan & add some oil on hot pan. After that give onion on hot oil and saute for few seconds. Then add ginger garlic and green chillies in it and cook it for another 2-3 minutes on medium flame.Add tomatoes and fry it for another 2 minutes.You can cover it with a lid.
                Step 2. Open the lid and turn off the flame.Pour the paste with little water into a mixture container to make a fine paste. Now take that pan and add remaining oil to heat it.Add also butter in it. Give cumin seeds and whole garam masala in the hot oil. Stir it then give turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, salt to taste and mix it properly.Then add the paste in it.Cover the lid with dash of water and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
            Step 3After opening the lid add cream and mix it well.Add Paneer pieces and mix it gently.Now give garam masala powder and give it a stir.Turn off the flame,our beautiful dish is absolutely ready to be served hot..
