Ingredients :

                                  1. 750 gm parwal(pointed Gourd)
                             2. paste of 2 onions      

                         3. paste of 2 tomatoes

                         4. 1 tablespoon ginger

                         5. 2 tablespoon garlic paste

                         6. 1 bayleaf,some whole garam masala,4-5 raisin,2 dry red chillies

                         7. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

                         8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

                        10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

                        11. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder

                        12. 1 teaspoon cumin powder

                        13. 1 teaspoon coriander powder

                        14. 1 green chilli

15. salt to taste

16. 2 tblspn curd

17. 1/2 tspn sugar

18. 1/2 tspn ghee

19. some kasuri methi

20. water as required

Method :

Fry all the parwal till golden & tender on hot oil.You can cover the lid during frying.Take them out from the pan & keep aside.Now give,bayleaf,red chilli,whole garam masala,raisin,cumin seeds and stir it for few seconds.Then add paste of onion, ginger,green chilli & garlic and mix it for 8-9 minutes.Now give tomato paste mix it for another 5-6 minutes.Take a bowl,add curd & give all the powdered masala including salt into it.Stir well with little water.Give the masala mixture and mix it  for 2 minutes.Add sugar and cook it for 2 minutes.Now add fried parwal & stir well.Add 1 /2 cup of water & cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.You can cover the lid.Open it add ghee & garam masala into it.Spread kasuri methi on the Parwal gravy & mix well.

Here our super tasty & easy Parwal Gravy Sabzi is ready to be served with roti,paratha or chawal….
