Ingredients:
For Poori :
1. 1.5 Cup Wheat Flour
2. Salt to Taste
3. 1/2 tsp Sugar
4. 1 tbsp Refined Oil
5. Water as Required
6. Oil to Fry

For Sabzi :
8. 800 gm. Boiled Potatoes
9. 2-3 tbsp Oil
10. 3 Green Cardamom + 7-8 Black Pepper
11. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
12. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
13. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
14. 3-4 Ginger Juliennes
15. Paste of 2 Tomatoes
16. 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
17. Salt to Taste
18. 2 Slit Green Chillies
19. 1/2 Cup Curd
20. Coriander Leaves

Method

At first we will prepare the pooris. For that take wheat flour in a large bowl and add salt, sugar and some refined in that and mixing adequate amount of water knead it to make a soft dough. When done keep it for rest for some time. After half an hour roll rotis from the dough according to your size. Make as much pooris as you can from the entire dough. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry all the pooris in it till golden from both sides and fluffy.

Now to make the sabji, boil some potatoes and then cut them into halves. Now in a kadai heat some oil and then add some green cardamom, black pepper and some cumin seeds. Saute for time and then add chopped green chillies, grated ginger and some ginger juliennes and saute for few more seconds. Then add tomato paste and cook it till it releases oil. After that add the boiled potatoes and mix well with the gravy. Then add some roasted cumin powder, salt to taste and two more slit green chillies. Cook it further for some time on medium flame. Now switch off the flame and add curd and mix well with the potato and gravy. Cook it again for few minutes on low flame by covering the pan. In the end add coriander leaves on top, mix and here our delicious Dahi Aloo Ki Sabji is ready.

Now serve the sabji with the fluffy Pooris and your auspicious Ashtami Prasad is ready.
