Ingredients: 1. 4 Sliced Onions 2. 2 Chopped Green Chillies 3. 1 tsp Grated Ginger 4. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 5. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 6. 1 tsp Coriander Powder 7. 1/4 tsp Ajwain 8. Salt to Taste 9. Chopped Coriander Leaves 10. 2 tbsp Rice Flour 11. 4 tbsp Besan 12. 1 tbsp Hot Oil 13. Some Chaat Masala 14. Oil to Fry
Step 1 : At first take a large bowl and take all the onion slices in it and at first crush them to extract juice from it. Then add green chillies, grated ginger, all the powdered masalas and ajwain for a subtle flavour. Then add salt to taste, coriander leaves and some rice flour to make the pakoras crispy. After that add besan and mix all the things well. At the end we shall add something special. Some hot oil that we have already kept to heat in the meantime. This hot oil in the pakora mixture will keep the pakoras super crispy even after some time after frying.
Step 2 : When the mixture is ready check the oil if it is hot. Now in medium flame fry as much pakoras as you can by releasing certain amount of that mixture in hot oil. No specific shape is required in this case. Fry all the pakoras till they are golden and crispy. When done take them out on a tissue paper. When all the pakoras are fried fry 3-4 slit green chillies and serve it with the pakoras. Sprinkle some chaat masala too. Serve it with a hot cup of tea or sauce.
