1. 3 Ripe chopped Mangoes
2. 1 Cup Chilled milk
3. 4 tablespoon Sugar
4. 1/3 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
5. 2 tblspn fresh cream(optional)
6. Ice Cubes
7. some almonds
8. grated almonds(for garnishing)
9. saffron strands(for garnishing)(optional)
: Method :
* At first peel off the outer skin of mangoes and cut mango in small pieces so that it easily mixes up. Then add one by one the small Mango pieces, chilled milk, Sugar, Cardamom Powder, fresh cream,some almonds and of course a lot of ice cubes into a Juicer container.
* Now give all the things a good stir in Mixer Grinder for a minute.When it is done pour the smooth and fine Mango shake into two serving glasses. Garnish the glasses with toppings of some ice cubes, some grated alomnds,mango slices,1 almond and little kesar strands.
