Quick & Spicy Soya Chunks Curry-Aloo Soya Bean Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients : –

                         1. 2 medium sized potatoes


                         2. 1 bowl soya chunks


                         3. paste of 2 tomatoes


                         4. paste of 2 onions


                         5. 1 tablespoon ginger paste


                         6. 1 tablespoon garlic paste


                         7. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


                         8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


                        10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder


                        11. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder


                        12. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder


                        13. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder


                        14. some whole garam masala


                        15. 1-2 slit green chillies


                        16. 2 dry red chillies


                        17. 4-5 tablespoon mustard oil


                        18. 1 teaspoon kasuri methi(fenugreek leaves)


                        19. some chopped coriander leaves


                        19. salt or to taste


                        20. 1 teaspoon ghee

Method

                  Step 1 : Soak the soya chunks into hot water for 15-20 minutes.Fry the aloo till golden on hot oil for 4-5 minutes.Take them out from the pan and keep aside.Now give whole garam masala,dry red chilli,cumin seeds,raisin and green chillies.Mix it for few seconds.Then add onion paste & ginger and garlic paste and stir well for 3-4 minutes.Now add tomato paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.


                 Step 2 : Now give all the powdered masala into the tomato mixture and stir well.Now squeeze little from soyabean & add the fried aloo and soyabean & kasuri methi and mix them well with the masala.Then add 1-2 glasses of water in the mixture,add salt to taste & mix it and cover the lid.

                         Open the lid and check the aloo.Now add some garam masala, coriander leaves & little ghee.Mix it and here our super tasty and delicious Aloo soyabean ki masaledar Sabji is Ready & Enjoy the dish with roti / paratha or hot rice.
