Ingredients :

                     1. 250 gms Basmati Rice
                           2. 150 gms red kidney beans(soaked 6-8 hrs.)
                                                3.2 medium size chopped onion
                         4. 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
                                 5. 1 tablespoon grated ginger & garlic
                                               6.  4-5 slit green chillies
                                               7. Some fresh coriander leaves
                                         8. 2 bayleaves,8-10 black pepper
                                                9. Some whole Garam Masala
                              10. 1 tspn cumin seeds
                    11. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                    12. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
                    13.1 tablespoon rajma masala
                    14. salt to taste or 2 teaspoon
                    15. 1/2 teaspoon kewra water (optional)
                    16. 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
 




Method :
               Step 1 :
                             Boil the rajma in a cooker with some salt.Give 4 whistles on high flame.Keep aside,don’t throw the rajma stock away.Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.Drain the water from the rice.Now Take a pressure cooker & after heating it give oil and ghee & let it melt. Give bay leaves and crushed whole garam masala, cumin seeds & stir for few seconds.When the aroma comes from it add onion and chillies to fry for 2 minutes on medium flame,you can cover it with a lid.

               Step 2 .Now add ginger,garlic and tomato stir it for another 2 minutes.Give boiled rajma and mix it for 2 minutes..Now add ginger,garlic and tomato stir it for another 2 minutes.Give all powdered masala and  mix it for two minutes.Add rice and with rice stir it for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame.Add rajma stock or water (1.5 times of rice)from the sides & spread coriander leaves .Now cover the lid of the cooker,and cook it for two whistles on medium flame.
              
               Step 3 : After 2 whistle on medium flame when the cooker gets cold,open it.Add sugar & kewra water in every sides.Here our super tasty & super quick Restaurant style Rajma Biryani or Rajma Pulao ready & I served it hot.
