Sabudana Khichdi Recipe-Navratri Vrat Recipe In Hindi-Delicious & Sago Khichdi-Easy Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients :
1. 1 cup of sabudana (soaked for 6-7 hrs.)
2. 1 bowl raw peanuts
3. 2 boiled & chopped potato
4. 1 chopped tomato
5. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
6. 2-3 chopped green chillies
7. some chopped coriander leaves
8. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
10. 1 bayleaf
11. some whole garam masala
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
13. salt to taste(rock salt for vrat)
14. 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
15. 1 teaspoon ghee
16. 3-4 tablespoon oil

 

Method :

Soak the sabudana for at least 6-7 hrs.Now take a pan give oil and let it heat up.Fry the peanuts golden & take them out from the pan.Give bay leaf,cumin seeds,whole garam masala into the hot oil & fry for few seconds.Add ginger and fry it for a minute.Add tomato and fry them 2-3 minutes. Give boiled potato and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.now add coriander powder,garam masala powder & chopped green chillies.Cook them for 1 minute.Give sabudana and mix it well with the masala & aloo.Add salt to taste & stir well.Now cover it & cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.Open the lid & spread coriander leaves on it,add dry mango powder and mix well.

Turn off the flame.Add little ghee on the khichdi at the end part of the recipe.Here our super tasty & mild spicy sabudana khichdi is ready to be Served hot… HAPPY COOKING:)
