1. 1.5 Cup Sabudana
2. 4 Boiled & Grated Potatoes
3. Ground Peanuts(Moongphali)
4. 1 tbsp Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
5. 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
6. Rock Salt
7. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
8. Coriander Leaves
9. Lemon Juice
10. Oil to Fry
At first soak the Sabudana in water for 5-6 hours. Make sure that it is fluffy. On the other hand roast some peanuts in a frying pan and coarsely grind it in a mixer. Now take the boiled and smashed potatoes in a large bowl and add the soaked sabudanas to it. Then add the ground peanut, ginger-chilli paste, some roasted cumin seeds, some rock salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice one after another. Now mix all the things with your hands and make a sticky mixture.
Now take generous portion of that mixture in hand and give it the flattened shape of Sabudana Vada. When all the vadas are ready, heat sufficient oil in a kadhai and fry all the vadas in it till they are golden and crispy.
Serve the crispy and tasty vadas with peanut-coriander chutney.
